His expertise is primarily in planning and executing mergers, divestitures, and acquisitions. Additionally, David has significant experience designing and implementing Enterprise transformation.
Prior to joining Cuesta, David was a Principal Consultant at Liberty Advisor Group, where he led several international M&A programs. David most recently led an IT integration with one of the largest Healthcare companies in the United States. Additionally, he has helped clients implement technology transformation, improve data governance, execute due diligence on target acquisitions, improve cybersecurity capabilities, remediate cyber incidents, and increase operating model efficiencies. Earlier in his career, David led Cetan Partners product development consulting practice.
David approaches his client’s problems with both a business and an IT perspective; he brings his hands-on approach to each client and acts as a partner throughout each project. He has expertise in delivering success for clients in Healthcare, Manufacturing, CPG, and Technology.
David lives in the Chicagoland area with his family and one dog. He enjoys spending his free time with his family, following Premiere League Soccer, playing paddle tennis, and golfing.
