Sarah Zieve

Sarah is passionate about empowering her clients and their teams to take ownership of the tools, processes, and systems they need to achieve their goals. Sarah is a member of the Software Systems and Applications practice, where she supports clients in identifying and implementing technology strategies to unlock next-level growth and efficiency.

Sarah brings years of consulting, small business, and startup experience, including her Project Management Professional (PMP) and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certifications. Sarah applies a rigorous, process-oriented approach to uncover client’s highest-priority objectives, critical challenges, and on-the-ground realities that influence their success. She has led Kaizen process improvement events for the Air Force’s largest sustainment organization. She has facilitated 500+ hours of collaborative sessions with diverse client stakeholder groups to evaluate their existing processes, uncover pain points and root causes, and rebuild more efficient business processes. Sarah enjoys creating opportunities for all stakeholders to participate while building buy-in for organizational change and new technology adoption.

Sarah joined Cuesta Partners to feed her passion for creating technology-driven processes and systems that real people can use to reach their organization’s goals. Cuesta’s culture of collaboration and expert team members allows her to deliver tailored solutions that incorporate her expertise and the knowledge and experience of her team to overcome our client’s toughest challenges.

Sarah lives in Denver, Colorado. Sarah loves to run with local running clubs and teaches Lagree Pilates at studios in Denver and Boulder. On the weekends, Sarah can be found out for a long run, playing pickleball and snowboarding in the winter months.
