As a consultant, she has worked with Fortune 100 companies on large-scale strategic projects, such as establishing new divisions, bringing new products to market,and redesigning complex processes. She also has direct experience working with development and operations teams at a startup to design and implement new products and features. Across projects and within teams, Liz has a keen eye for identifying efficiencies and streamlining processes as well as a passion for leadership development.
