Leonard has been building technology for more than 20 years as a systems engineer, integrator, and developer. For the first fifteen years of his career, he worked in multiple verticals: Healthcare, Finance, Real Estate, Manufacturing, and Gaming where he has held various leadership and technical roles. After receiving his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, Leonard has been focusing on helping clients grow their sales, marketing, and service delivery via technology.
Leonard joined Cuesta because he believes in Cuesta’s pragmatic approach to solving hard problems for their clients. Cuesta’s non-hierarchal, collaborative culture enables Leonard to deliver more creative and impactful outcomes for his clients. He also advises startups and not-for-profit organizations in the Chicagoland area on technology, business/product, and go to market strategy.
Leonard lives in the Chicagoland area with his wife and two boys. Outside of work, he sits in a minivan shuttling his sons between practice and games while trying hard not to be a sideline coach. On weekends he can be found working on the endless “honey-do” list.
