This cross-sector exposure has shaped her broad perspective on the transformative role of data in driving business value. In her previous role, she focused on back-end data science tools for retail and retail media, streamlining processes, increasing automation, and delivering insights to support strategic client decisions.
Laura joined Cuesta to build scalable, innovative, data-driven solutions that help organizations unlock their full potential. Based in Medellín, Colombia, she enjoys hiking, playing volleyball, and discovering new foods—especially burgers—with her family and friends. Laura is also an active member of the Data Science Fem community, where she advocates for greater data literacy and empowerment for women across LATAM.
