She is an expert at connecting the dots and synthesizing complex information, as well as issue spotting, risk assessment, data analysis and capital budgeting. Kristi’s efforts result in more confident decision-making, simplification of processes, and increased enterprise value.

Prior to Cuesta, Kristi spent five years as a consultant and manager for the SBA-sponsored Michigan Small Business Development Center and 10 years as an attorney in private practice. Kristi has worked in virtually every industry and has supported businesses through opportunities and challenges at every stage in their development from start-up access to capital, real estate development and litigation.  As a design-thinker, she has spent her career designing & implementing systems, researching, writing, analyzing, advocating and teaching.  This broad range of skills has provided her clients with significant cost savings as well as peace of mind and a clear vision for the future.

Kristi joined Cuesta because she is obsessed with learning, growth, and change. She believes technology is the way for businesses to create better workplaces, more sustainable industries and more deeply connected relationships.
