With an analytical foundation shaped by research, modeling, and data-driven sustainability reporting, Josephine brings a disciplined but human-centered approach to solving business challenges. Before joining Cuesta, she managed sustainability reporting portfolios for diverse clients, created Power BI and Excel-based decision tools, and delivered market forecasting for emerging water treatment technologies.
Josephine holds a Master of Science from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor of Science from Leiden University College. She is fluent in German and Spanish, and her international background from living in 5+ countries, including India and the Netherlands, shapes her adaptive and collaborative spirit.
She loves to spend her time outside of work in the sun, hiking and biking, but also enjoys experimenting in the kitchen with new recipes.
