Heather is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in some of the top ten Fortune 500 companies. Prior to Cuesta, Heather led numerous transformations of Agile delivery at scale, using change management strategies and a pragmatic approach to leverage proven best practices. With over a decade of experience in telecom, Heather has played a critical role in building a global fiber optic network, managing integrations and global operations. For the past twelve years, she has worked in healthcare technology, most recently as a leader within platform development, where she helped design and execute one of the largest medical networks. Heather has leadership experience within product management, program management, operations and finance.
Heather joined Cuesta to develop solutions with the end-in-mind, focusing on delivering value to
all stakeholders.
Heather lives in Denver Colorado with her husband, three kids and two dogs. Most of her free time is spent watching her kids’ sporting events and playing competitive tennis. She enjoys spending quality time with friends and family as well as volunteering in the community.
