Erin Markowski

Erin has a passion for guiding and supporting organizations that seek to change their trajectory by utilizing technology in new ways. She is an authentic and empathetic leader that prioritized people and process alongside the technology for sustained impact.

Erin brings over 20 years experience in the technology industry, starting as a custom software developer and product manager followed by management and strategy consulting. She brings a breadth of consulting and operating experience across various industries such as life sciences, financial services, healthcare, non-profit and public sector, commercial real estate, insurance, manufacturing and logistics.

Erin’s specialties lie in strategic advisement of digital transformation, new product development, strategy mobilization and large program governance and delivery. Recent project highlights include partnering with a state government during the COVID-19 pandemic to lead a consulting team of over 50 to implement and run a contact-tracing program credited with saving 7,000 lives, establishing and running program governance for a $200M multi-vendor CRM implementation, conducting strategic planning coaching for the executive team of a national foundation holding over $1B in assets, and kicking off a client’s technology strategy efforts globally at a client’s international conferences to their global executives.

Erin lives in the suburbs of Chicago, Illinois, with her husband and two young daughters. She frequently sneaks back into the city for decent sushi but can otherwise be found attempting DIY projects around her home or planning adventures to take on with family and friends.
