She has helped clients develop and implement new strategies, from targeted one-off initiatives to enterprise-wide transformation efforts, that help clients optimize new and existing capabilities, achieve business objectives, and empower employees. Her diverse client experience has provided her with insights on how to effectively shepherd change and transformation across multiple and competing stakeholder groups. Claire lives in Chicago and spends her weekends playing tennis, running, or getting out on Lake Michigan when the weather is warm. As a North Carolina native, she has a passion for good BBQ and Carolina basketball.
