She has delivered projects across contact center operations, retail, healthcare, and public sector clients — ranging from executive dashboards and KPI reporting to full-scale ETL pipeline design and analytics architecture standardization. Most recently, she managed a team of data analysts, overseeing the analytics architecture, data processes, and quality standards across multiple products.
Her technical toolkit includes Power BI, Tableau, IBM Cognos Analytics, Google Looker Studio, DAX, Power Query, SQL, and custom ETL pipelines, but what sets her apart is her ability to translate ambiguous business questions into visual solutions people can use. She’s led initiatives that cut report turnaround timeby 40% through automation and workflow redesign, and she pairs that technical depth with strong stakeholder communication and team leadership.
Before joining Cuesta Partners, Camila spent her career building end-to-end data solutions — leading teams, owning analytics architecture, and partnering directly with business stakeholders to align dashboards with operational KPIs across multiple industries and clients.
Camila is based in Bogotá, Colombia, where outside of work you’ll find her doing Pilates, yoga, taking a cardio dance class, preparing filtered organic Colombian coffee, or walking her dog, Frida.
