He is a specialist in translating marketing asks into manufactured products through New Product Development processes and by improving cross-functional collaboration. Prior to joining Cuesta, Brandon was the Director of the Project Management Office at Sloan Valve Company, where he built and led the PMO organization primarily responsible for leading New Product Development and driving continuous improvement to the PLM and Engineering systems. In this role, he led the digitization and process improvement efforts at Sloan, driving the implementation of their first PLM system and redesigning the NPD and Master Data Management processes, resulting in improved transparency, accountability, and efficiency gains across the organization. Earlier in his career, Brandon held various roles in Engineering at Masterlock and Regal Beloit and became a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt at Regal Beloit by delivering on cross-functional projects across manufacturing, engineering, sales and marketing, and supply chain.
