Bob’s work spans both buy-side and sell-side transaction support, including synergy identification, operational due diligence, and value creation planning.
He thrives in environments that demand both strategic thinking and operational execution. He’s equally comfortable walking a factory floor to identify process inefficiencies, diving deep into client data to build financial models, or advising C-suite executives on long-term growth strategies.
Prior to consulting, Bob worked in various Product and Product Strategy roles, developing both internal and client-facing platforms. His work included building a capital markets platform for a Fortune 500 lender—supporting functions such as treasury, secondary execution, hedging, and pricing—as well as leading the dealer experience for a startup’s online marketplace for buying and selling used vehicles.
Outside of work, Bob lives in Detroit, Michigan, with his wife and two children – a son and a daughter. He’s passionate about cooking, reading, traveling, and playing soccer, and brings the same energy and curiosity to his personal life that he does to his professional pursuits.
