Aleem began his career at one of Canada’s major banks, where he spent two years supporting enterprise analytics and reporting initiatives in highly regulated environments. He later joined a fintech startup, where over the next three years, he played a key role in building and scaling analytics infrastructure, data pipelines, and reporting frameworks to support rapid growth. His work focused on creating reliable, well-modeled data foundations that enabled product, risk, and business teams to move faster with confidence.
Recently, Aleem completed his Master’s degree at the University of Toronto, further strengthening his foundation in data science, analytics engineering, and applied problem-solving. He thrives at the intersection of technology and business—translating real-world questions into scalable data solutions that deliver measurable impact.
Outside of work, Aleem is an avid soccer player and traveler, always looking for his next destination or a competitive match. He values curiosity, continuous learning, and tackling challenges both on and off the pitch.
