Prior to joining Cuesta, Ryan was a contractor for a Defense Health Agency (DHA) client overseeing accounting and financial operations for 130+ global military treatment facilities (MTFs). He was in charge of standing up two data teams focused on financial system reporting and enterprise-wide contract management. Internally, at his previous firm, Ryan was a part of the business development, IT,and special projects teams. He played a role in establishing pipeline processes, creating AI driven chatbots for HR and Operations Teams, and revamping resourcing and cost analysis tools.
Ryan joined Cuesta because of his passion for learning, for helping solve complex business challenges with data, and for being part of a growth-oriented company that values curiosity and impact. He thrives in an environment where he can collaborate across teams, tackle challenges, and deliver meaningful solutions.
Ryan lives in San Antonio, Texas, with his wife Kenzie and dog Frida. But you can often find him traveling, cooking, golfing, and spending time with family and friends in Texas and Colorado.
