As a member of the Cuesta team, Vicki supports clients through all phases of transformational change, with a focus on the soft skills that yield business results.
Prior to Cuesta, Vicki advised executives within the Vista Equity Partners portfolio of enterprise software companies. Vicki provided consultative leadership development programs for CEOs and other members of the C-suite, and facilitated sessions to improve executive team dynamics, and guide teams to clarify organizational objectives, culture and values. With Gartner, Vicki advised CIO clients, focusing on leadership development, IT strategy, and stakeholder engagement. Vicki also designed programs for Americas’ SAP Users’ Group that delivered on the value proposition between the Board of Directors and SAP.
Vicki joined Cuesta, because of the shared beliefs that strong leaders, teams and organizations are necessary in order to achieve results in today’s environment of fast-paced change and digital disruption. Vicki’s highly-collaborative approach ensures that client leaders have self-awareness and tools to enhance strengths and improve on blind spots, while helping teams to be greater than the sum of individual members.
Vicki lives in Chicago with her husband and two sons. She spends her free time participating in their activities, staying physically active, and maintaining connections with friends from various stages of life. Vicki also enjoys delivering presentations at events focused on advancing women in technology and getting more girls interested in STEM.
