Prior to joining Cuesta, Joy held COO roles for technology startups, leading one of the companies through the due diligence process to acquisition. In her 20 years of experience in strategic leadership roles, Joy has scaled teams and companies, implemented enterprise technology solutions and reimagined organizational structures for optimal performance.
Leveraging both her degrees, Joy brings a unique perspective to clients with both her people and technology lenses. Given this combination, Joy is able to work across multiple industries, providing value at all levels. As a consultant, Joy has worked across several verticals in multiple Fortune 500 companies.
Joy lives in the West-Michigan area with her husband and four children. Joy serves on multiple boards, focused on technology and access to technology for young girls in particular. When Joy isn’t working or in a board meeting, you may find her hiking out west or taking in one of her kids’ sporting events.
