Prior to joining Cuesta, Jannatul performed due diligence assessments for over 100 buy-side and sell-side M&A projects across the automotive, consumer goods, manufacturing, and healthcare & life sciences industries. She led IT Organization and Compliance sections in diligence reports, while supporting Cybersecurity and Infrastructure assessments in collaboration with subject matter experts. Jannatul provided IT integration support for a global company’s $675M acquisition, including IT program management, change management communications, and project timeline oversight. She also spearheaded an internal initiative to build a database for tracking training, certifications, and skill sets across the IT deal advisory practice, and conducted a firm-wide survey to prioritize ongoing learning as a core value. Jannatul successfully manages end-to-end integration and separation projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, developing project plans, and ensuring on-time delivery within budget. At Cuesta, she combines technical expertise and analytical insight to deliver actionable, data-driven solutions that help clients achieve measurable outcomes.
